A picnic … a breakfast … graduation practice … lawn signs … a mug .. a black wooden X and a Sharpie … a candy bar … 2021 facemasks .. caps, gowns, and tassels.
We’re just about ready.
The Baccalaureate Mass for the Class of 2021 is Friday in the gym; Graduation is Saturday on the turf field. Here are the links for this weekend:

On Tuesday at the Senior Picnic flipping burgers were Principal Brendan Donohue while Dean of Students Nick Cerreta took care of the hot dogs. Donohue wore his Patriots cooking garb while Cerreta was loyal to his Giants. Filling the trays in quick fashion were Mrs. Marie Braychak, Mrs. Heidi Lane and Mrs. Melissa Kennedy. Not a dog or burger was fumbled. Graduation lawns signs were handed out, too, as well as mugs with the name of all class members.
The Senior Breakfast on Wednesday morning, courtesy of our Dining Hall staff and the Advancement office, powered up the students for the final graduation practice.
Guest speaker Brian Farrell ‘86, president of the Alumni Association, told those gathered they will soon be an alum and join the nearly 10,000 we have. That is one big family with a lot of people to lean on.
After breakfast the students received a black wooden X with a Sharpie courtesy of the Home & School Association, so classmates could sign and leave a message. The X’s were being filled pretty quickly with names. A candy bar was part of the package, too.
Wednesday was a day to receive cap, gown and tassel. There also was a special “class of 2021” facemask handed out. A reminder that our students had endured.
